SHIPPING

All products in-stock will be processed and dispatched within three working days of us receiving your order. Once we have picked and packed your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Please be sure to check your address before submitting your order. deià is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address if incorrect or insufficient information was given. For items made-to-order or available for pre-order only, you will be sent an email confirmation detailing the approximate delivery date of your items. If for any reason we are unable to meet this dispatch turnaround we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

ORDERS

Occasionally items are incorrectly listed as 'in stock' on our website. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you immediately to work out a solution. deià gives you the option of a full refund of the item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to purchase a product from deià, please email design@deia.co.nz with details of your delivery location and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

At deià we want to ensure that you love your purchase and are happy with the quality and colour as we understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky. If you make the decision to return an item, please email us at design@deia.co.nz to initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If your return is accepted we will provide you with the instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping unless the item is faulty. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed. Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.

FAULTY ITEMS

It is important to keep in mind that some fabrics have certain natural characteristics and "flaws" that should not be considered defects. Linen fabrics may have occasional barres, loops and slubs, which are due to the nature of linen fibres and the rustic surroundings of the weaving process. Printed fabrics may show insignificant misprints and random flecks. Hand-woven and hand-dyed textiles may have irregularities inherent to the techniques used in their making and the natural fibres. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. deià will determine, at its discretion, whether or not it is a legitimate fault. In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase. All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

EXCHANGES

deià does not offer exchanges. You will need to return your original purchase (see Returns Policy above) and receive a refund for it, then place a new order online for desired items.


SALE ITEMS

All sale purchases are final. Final Sale items will be indicated by the text on the product page. Thank you for understanding that we are unable to accept returns on final sale items unless the product is faulty.

PRICING

All pricing is listed in NZD and includes GST. deià reserves the right to change pricing at its discretion without notice.

PURCHASES WITH AFTERPAY

If you have placed your order through AfterPay, your AfterPay payments will continue as scheduled until the full amount is paid for or until your return has been processed, whichever occurs first. Please note, that returned items are subject to our returns policy.
